Justlife are looking to recruit someone to serve as a Trustee on their Board, carrying out the role of Treasurer, who has a good understanding and experience of charity finance and can use their skills and perspective to help uphold the strategic direction and achieve their mission.
All Trustee roles are voluntary and unpaid although expenses incurred in fulfilling your duties will be reimbursed.
Duration: All appointments are for an initial three-year term, renewable by agreement with the Board for a maximum of two additional three-year terms.
Those considering this Trusteeship/Treasurer role are encouraged to submit an up-to-date CV and Expression of Interest covering letter (one side of A4) which will be shared and considered by the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
In your covering letter you should briefly outline your reasons for wanting to become a Justlife Trustee along with any specific experiences or skills that you feel are relevant; and why you feel they will be beneficial to Justlife and its beneficiaries.
