This programme is funded by Manchester Community Safety Partnership and administered by Macc. Its aim is to do more to highlight what hate crimes are and how they can be reported.
The funding has been made available for events and projects to raise awareness of what hate crime is, how and where to report it and celebrate diversity in Manchester’s communities.
Grants of up to £800 were available and 55 were awarded in the first funding round that took place in 2017 distributing a total of £20,033.
