MACC event - May 2008

MACC held an event on 14th May to discuss the implications of personalisation for voluntary sector organisations which provide services. Below are the three presentations made by Mary, Mike & Alison of issues which MACC has identified so far:

Discussion document - February 2008

MACC's initial discussion paper provides an introduction to the issues around the Personalisation of social care. It outlines the main aspects of the policy and looks at the challenges and opportunities for service users and voluntary sector organisations - and the potential for conflicting interests between the two. MACC will be producing further papers on this subject during 2008.
